On this Election Day, 6th Nov, 2012, as I waited anxiously along with the rest of the American people on the results of the election, I made two new signature dishes on that day. 

More than a year of stump speeches, fundraisers, presidential serenades and policy debates culminate today. All the persuading, nominating, campaign rallies, door knocking and baby kissing end with Americans heading to polls to choose their president, who will represent them on Capitol Hill, and countless other local candidates - ABC News.

"That shows you what one voice can do," Obama said. "One voice can change a room. And if it can change a room, it can change a city. And if it can change a city, it can change a state. And if it can change a state, it can change a nation. And if it can change a nation, it can change a world."

For this Election Day dishes, one of which I named Stir-Fry Obama Sausages with Prawns and Green Collard is a combination of beef sausages, fresh mushrooms, prawns, carrots, bells peppers, green onions and Collard Greens.
